The Magic of Therapy
For those who long for both evidence and enchantment.
Where modern psychotherapy meets ancient wisdom.
An intersection of Depth, Healing, and Creative Liberation.
Meet Rebecca

I'm a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Board Certified Art Therapist, writer, teacher, and guide with over ten years of experience helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, navigate life's transitions, and cultivate a more meaningful relationship with themselves.
I believe healing is both an art and a science.
My work is rooted in evidence based psychotherapy while honoring the wisdom found in creativity, symbolism, mindfulness, and contemplative practice. Depending on your goals, our work may draw from psychotherapy, art therapy, meditation, parts work, tarot, astrology, astrocartography, ritual, or energy healing. These are not separate practices to me. They are different languages for understanding the human experience.
Every session is tailored to the person sitting in front of me because every person's story deserves its own approach.
In the therapy room, you'll find warmth, curiosity, and genuine conversation. I believe the right question, offered with care and at the right moment, has the power to transform the way we understand ourselves. Together, we'll explore not only what has shaped your life, but the possibilities waiting beyond the patterns that no longer serve you.
Beyond The Therapy Room
I believe we cannot guide others toward lives we are unwilling to pursue ourselves.
That belief has shaped my own life.
It led me to leave behind the familiar, move across the world to Italy, build creative businesses, become a writer, lead retreats, and continually choose growth over certainty. Taking meaningful risks has taught me that transformation is not something we simply talk about. It is something we practice.
When I'm not with clients, you'll usually find me walking ancient pilgrimage trails, writing in Tuscan cafés, creating art from gathered botanicals, studying mythology, or dreaming up my next adventure. These experiences are not separate from my work. They continually deepen the way I understand courage, creativity, healing, and what it means to build a life that feels deeply your own.

Art Therapy & Creativity Development
This program was an intensive blend of clinical training, experiential learning, and creative exploration that profoundly shaped the therapist I am today. Through years of coursework and supervised clinical practice, I developed expertise in trauma informed psychotherapy, art therapy, group facilitation, assessment, and integrating creativity into the healing process. More than a degree, it taught me to approach every client with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for the complexity of the human experience.
