I believe the key to healing is accessing the whole person, without judgement.

All emotions: passion, grief, anger, rage, joy, and beauty  are all valuable, and contribute to our unique lived experience. 

 

If this practice had a single mantra it would be ,

"I am transforming."

I believe Safety, Bravery, and Risk directly contribute to our capacity for growth.

In my personal life I take risks. Most recently relocating from Brooklyn to Lucca Italy.

I work with clients from all over the world and revel in supporting their big life leaps.

The creative journey is my life's work.  I use creative process to access healing and growth for my clients, and self alike.

 

 Curiosity is deeply rooted in my practice and is the key to discovering road blocks and limiting beliefs.

 

I thrive in identifying the threads that need to be pulled in order to step more fully into self. 

​

I operate as a bridge between clinical, spiritual and creative. With a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and art from The New School, a Masters Degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute, and clinically trained in Reiki for Psychotherapy, meditation, IFS, and EFT-  I weave in intuitive development and energetic work in sessions.

I believe in the importance of wellness being accessible to all people.  In combination with my clinical practice, I have also created affordable courses for self work.

As the founder of Spirit House Lucca,  I often host retreats and women's circles in my second home town of Lucca, Italy.
